Harry Reid Does Same Thing To Birth Cert As He Did To Limbaugh: Not 1 minute for 'phony issue' of birth

It's funny how Harry Reid sets out to do something and ends up doing the opposite as you'll all remember that not so long ago Reid led a little attack on Rush Limbaugh with a letter sent to Limbaugh's bosses of sorts to have him fired, which the brilliant Limbaugh used against Reid and his other tormentors and generated a record at the time amount for anything auctioned on EBay which was in the millions.

So Now he's elevated the birth certificate's importance along with the story itself by bringing the issue to the senate floor for once....perfect, Harry....thanks :)

Harry Reid: Not 1 minute for 'phony issue' of birth:

"Only a day after a document purporting to be President Obama's birth certificate from Kenya was submitted to a court in California, the long-running dispute over his birth and eligibility to occupy the Oval Office has been entered into the Congressional Record – by a Democrat no less.

WND reported over the weekend when California attorney Orly Taitz, who has filed a number of lawsuits demanding proof of Obama's eligibility to serve as president, released a copy of the document. She also filed a motion in a federal court seeking authentication of the information.

While the White House– several times – has ridiculed the controversy without providing the original long-form birth certificate that probably would answer many of the questions, Congress has diligently and studiously ignored the issue.

Virtually the only reference on Capitol Hill has been a proposal from Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., to require future presidential candidates to document their eligibility under the U.S. Constitution's demand the president be a 'natural born' citizen.'"

The more attention the better as now we can worry about the other stuff while the rest of the country now slowly learns most of what we've already read and processed a hundred times over.

For the record I'm simply one of those who say to him "Provide the crap, do it on tv for charity and make a big joke out of it if it's such a ridiculous charge"..It's that simple

However many, in fact maybe most conservatives and even friends hate this issue for how it allows the left to paint all with a broad brush which they do so well, but I still say have "him prove it". It goes to his integrity and as it does ours as well when we're asked to prove our accomplishments all the time.
