From The What If This Was Bush Files: "Consulting Firm Tied to White House Given Millions for Health Care Ad Campaign"

Think George W Bush and Karl Rove would have gotten away with this maneuver with so little press attention? Oh I forgot the wars are to make Halliburton rich so I guess Obama and Axelrod have stock in the company as well huh?

Consulting Firm Tied to White House Given Millions for Health Care Ad Campaign

Political News - FOXNews.com: "A media consulting firm with ties to White House senior strategist David Axelrod has been hired to produce a multi-million dollar ad campaign touting the Obama administration's health care overhaul.

But while lobbying analysts say the move is logical, some Republicans are questioning whether Axelrod stands to gain from the profits.

AKPD Message and Media, founded by Axelrod, along with firm GMMB, were paid $12 million by Health Economy Now and Americans for Stable Quality Care, a coalition that includes Pharmaceutical Research & Manufacturers of America, or PhRMA, to produce ads promoting President Obama's health care reform.

The firms received over $300 million to manage ads for Obama's presidential campaign."

Then today Drudge links here (excerpted below) with more Obama administration links to profit from the decision ultimately made on this Obamacare Scare and Americans should now demand a full accounting of each and every administration member who has ANY associations with the health care industry starting with Baby Momma to David Axelrod and down the line.....

The results would be stunning to say the least and make the lefts' cries of Halliburton look as silly as they always were and still are as I said in my first comments////

Firms with Obama ties profit from health push -

Yahoo! News: "WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama's push for a national health care overhaul is providing a financial windfall in the election offseason to Democratic consulting firms that are closely connected to the president and two top advisers.

Coalitions of interest groups running at least $24 million in pro-overhaul ads hired GMMB, which worked for Obama's 2008 campaign and whose partners include a top Obama campaign strategist. They also hired AKPD Message and Media, which was founded by David Axelrod, a top adviser to Obama's campaign and now to the White House. AKPD did work for Obama's campaign, and Axelrod's son Michael and Obama's campaign manager David Plouffe work there.

The firms were hired by Americans for Stable Quality Care and its predecessor, Healthy Economy Now. Each was formed by a coalition of interests with big stakes in health care policy, including the drug maker lobby PhRMA, the American Medical Association, the Service Employees International Union and Families USA, which calls itself 'The Voice for Health Care Consumers.'

Their ads press for changes in health care policy. Healthy Economy Now made one of the same arguments that Obama does: that health care costs are delaying the country's economic recovery and that changes are needed if the economy is to rebound. read more
Interesting to say the least.
