Liberal Bubble Discovered in Chicago By The People's Cube

Some Satire from the People's Cube
Liberal Bubble Discovered in Chicago -

Have you ever wondered what the proverbial liberal bubble looks like?

In Chicago, we discovered the liberal bubble right in the middle of the downtown area. It is pretty, shiny, and its reflective surface believably distorts the reality in a way that positions you right at the center of the universe, with all other people turning into concave shapes and forming concentric circles around you.

After gazing at it for a while, to turn away and face the reality isn't easy. The real world appears disappointingly straight and square. That is probably why so many passers-by freeze around it, as if trying to make a lasting imprint of the reflection that they can carry away.

"The inside of the liberal bubble is even more amazing. The same person is reflected in it many times over, creating the illusion of majority. It also typifies liberal voting patterns.

Any random number of people get reflected as diverse opposing groups, one unlike the other, struggling for illusory prominence on the magic reflective surface.

As the normal perspective changes, people who in real life are of the same size, become different in magnitude. The resulting image is that of few giants surrounded by swarms of insignificant "little people" in a phantasmagoric pattern representative of the social hierarchy produced by the liberal mindset.

And we don't mean "liberal" in the classical sense.

Commentary from me, Chicago Ray

Here all along I thought this goofy, chrome looking stainless steel bean in the middle of what's called "Millennium Park" in downtown Chicago, was just simply a product of King Daley's perennial Chicago Beautification Boondoggle which was initially constructed for the Millennium celebration and sold to the people sight unseen and has created buzz and outrage ever since it's completion and placement.

Yes, it's pretty and certainly an attention getting sculpture, but so is the Picasso in downtown Chicago and it didn't cost 25 million dollars for one of the world's greatest ever artists to commission and complete in 1967.

A work of art completed by Picasso himself, not a crew of laborers like the millennium bubble where that so called BRITISH artist himself only came up with the concept and oversaw the actual work of others.

The cost of constructing the Cloud Gate sculpture was $351,959.17, paid mostly by three charitable foundations: the Woods Charitable Fund, the Chauncey and Marion Deering McCormick Foundation, and the Field Foundation of Illinois. Picasso himself was offered payment of $100,000 but refused it, stating that he wanted to make a gift of his work

It is 33 feet by 66 feet by 42 feet and weighs 110 tons and is made up of 168 stainless steel plates welded together, and its highly polished exterior has no visible seams which has already fell victim once to vandals, costing tens of thousands of dollars to repair by the way\

A scenario which one would think the powers that be would have anticipated placing this piece of overpriced art outdoors and smack dab in the middle of what's called "the Loop" here in the city, which is a few miles south of Obama's Kenwood neighborhood Rezco purchased residence and his former senate district.

A place which I call "Beirut by the Lake", which is now the reigning child murder capital of the US, resembling Capone's Chicago of old murder wise than any other era in our history since which should come as a shock since King Daley has named this a Sanctuary City and at the same time taken the second amendment rights away from law abiding citizens turing this city into a "gun free zone" which translates into 'criminal target rich environment".

It also not surprisingly came in at it's completion triple times over it's initial already nutty budget of 9 million dollars which was supposedly not passed on to taxpayers as it's sponsored by ATT who passed on the cost to the taxpayers in other ways

It quickly and easily swelled past the anticipated six million to twenty six million freakin' dollars for this chrome domed liberal lovers monstrosity, a sum that to almost any thinking person is an unbelievable waste of money like none other before it, brought to you of coarse from our dem run liberal government here in Chicago.

So essentially that's the quick history and description of this thing called the "Cloud Gate" sculpture in Millenium Park and basically what this thing means to me as a Chicagoan, and my take on this monstrosity that it's creator and Daley claim will last 1000 years to pay homage to the new millennium and mankind

I'll believe that once it makes it's first decade without rusting and being destroyed by vandals and other known Obama voting types.
