Today's Liberal Definition of "Equal Protection Under the Law" Means More For Some Than Others

Here's the way one South Carolina congressman sees and explains the concerted attack on Carrie Prejean still taking place from the Gay Gestapo:

Perez Hilton, gay blogging beauty pageant judge storms said stage to "pull that tiara off Prejean's head inflicting bodily harm when he did it", no hate crime.

Her father alternately storms again said stage to defend his daughter and retaliate against wild, angry and gay blogger......hate crime since Hilton is gay but the deservedly angry hypothetical father isn't.

That my friends is a crock of bull if there ever was, and the fact of the matter is that this entire branch of legislation all derives from one single, solitary incident in American history that was a concoction of deceptive lawyers and their Gay Nazi clients hijacking the case a few years back involving the beating death of gay Matthew Shepherd.

A case of which has now been proven to be a sham involving no anti homosexual motivation whatsoever, and debunked by numerous news organizations over the past years.. This was addressed in reformed leftist feminist Tammy Bruce and Dr Laura Schlessinger and their excellent book which I recommend reading titled "The New Thought Police". You can read excerpts of it by clicking the icon to the left at Amazon.com..

The facts are that Shepard was targeted by Aaron McKinney and Russell Henderson not because of anti-gay sentiment, but because McKinney was high on methamphetamine's, giving him unusual violent tendencies as well as a desire for cash to buy more drugs, pure and simple.

Yet, as a result, the country is now saddled with laws that give a tiny tiny sliver of the population more protection under US law than any others, which is not only unfair but brutally unconstitutional.

Then there is the YouTube making the rounds today on the net that shows the minimal debate taking place as the democrats protect pedophiles and other unimaginable perversion and scum and yet refuse to insert Soldiers and Senior citizens as possible groups also needing protection from hate crimes......talk about the party of no, they say no to anything that's not perverted or pathetic....

This youtube contains the so called offensive remarks that will be referred to in the piece below it in which Congresswoman Virginia Foxx dares to challenge the Shepard killing as anything but a downright anti gay motivated killing as if they all have this ability to read the minds of psychotic killers who supposedly sat up for days plotting to go out and throw their lives away by finding them a homosexual to kill like they claim was the case in that murder a decade ago.

What if 'hate crimes' law was applied to Miss USA fiasco?

(OneNewsNow.com): "A Virginia congressman says the anti-Christian hatred and bigotry of homosexual blogger Perez Hilton and his supporters underscores one of the fallacies undergirding federal 'hate crimes' legislation.

Congressional backers of the federal hate crimes bill that recently passed the House repeatedly claim that it will help ensure equal protection under the law for all Americans. They also argue that the bill does not threaten free speech, but merely punishes acts of violence motivated by hate.

Congressman Randy Forbes (R-Virginia) is a former ranking member of the Judiciary Crime Subcommittee, and founder of the Congressional Prayer Caucus. He recently took to the House floor and provided a powerful example of how the 'Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act' does not ensure equality under the law."Congressman Forbes compared the protection Miss California Carrie Prejean would receive under the bill to the special protection homosexual blogger and Miss USA judge Perez Hilton would have been afforded.

"Had [Hilton] done what he said he would do and stormed that stage and pulled that tiara off [Prejean's] head and [inflicted] bodily harm when he did it, there would not have been one ounce of protection under this piece of legislation for that young girl," Forbes stated.

"But after he did it, if she had in response made a statement back about the very sexual orientation that had led him to his hatred and dislike for her, and if she had responded by slapping him or any physical injury, she would have had the potential of a ten-year federal piece of legislation coming against her."

The Virginia Republican also argued that if beauty contestant's father had rushed onto the stage at the Miss USA pageant and responded to Hilton's hatred in a physical way, he would have been open to prosecution under the hate crimes bill as well.
