I sh** you not that the heartless and mindless morons that run this place are demanding the estate of a man, basically mother Danielle Eckert who's son Colin Byars was murdered in February pay his rent because, get this, he didn't give them 30 days notice that he was gonna be murdered !
These cold hearted dumb asses should be run out of the leasing profession for such an imbecilic demand.
