WND Sunday "A pair of bills introduced in the U.S. Senate would grant the White House sweeping new powers to access private online data, regulate the cybersecurity industry and even shut down Internet traffic during a declared 'cyber emergency.'
Senate bills No. 773 and 778, introduced by Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.V., are both part of what's being called the Cybersecurity Act of 2009, which would create a new Office of the National Cybersecurity Advisor, reportable directly to the president and charged with defending the country from cyber attack.
A working draft of the legislation obtained by an Internet privacy group also spells out plans to grant the Secretary of Commerce access to all privately owned information networks deemed to be critical to the nation's infrastructure 'without regard to any provision of law, regulation, rule or policy restricting such access.'

ReplyDeleteI blog because I'm crippled now from 9 years of MS, so unfortunately rolling into Washington with 100 well meaning bloggers and shotguns isn't exactly on my agenda right now, sorry.
I think perhaps I didn't make myself clear so let me rephrase what I said if I may....
Unless Obama the PINO (president in name only) turns the Military or his yet to be assembled Good Squads on we the people, meaning on their own mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters et al, they're taking his orders as far as I can see for the time being.
But when that unconstitutional order comes down the pike they will hopefully turn on him then, and we will be beside them fighting tooth and nail if we can I would hope.
As coups go, here's an example of a soldier a month ago to the day who made this ranting "call to arms" and all this crap he was gonna start and sent it around to us to post and this is where it is now...

We can certainly organize for if and when that day comes, but we haven't even been able to assemble as many bloggers in one place as Obama was able to attract here in Chicago on election night, 200,000 people, or his dem acceptance speech in Denver yet, thats another 100,000 a lot of liberals in one place at one time
I've yet to see 10,000 conservatives in one place besides a Texas AM football game or another non liberal university, so until that day comes our chances of taking down Washington in an armed coup are zilch, no?
Or get these so called conservatives who sat home on election day because JOhn McCain, a war hero was too liberal for them You can find those jerkoffs on Free Republic and they got the usurping Kenyan Barry the brother elected.
So maybe next election they'll rethink their stances or lead the charge into DC to unseat the criminals presently ensconced there since no one is conservative enough for them,.
