This would be the very famous and visually familiar to most people CornCob looking Towers which my 62 year old maternal aunt happens to have lived in for the past 20 years which are ormally known as the Marina Towers which are pictured above, (click the pic , then click the next one for an extremely cool close up)And pictured below obviously is the car of which the suicide jumper landed on after jumping from the 28th floor which was parked down below on the world famous State Street.
All I can say bout this is May this poor person rest in peace after such a violent exit that today thanks to the decisions being made by the Obama three ring circus reminds me of the poor helpless jumpers on September 11th who sadly had to choose this same terrible fate that morning, and to think what brink one must be driven to make this choice is nothing less than unfreaking imaginable..
Apparent suicide jumper at Marina Towers
Chicago Breaking News: "The State Street bridge over the Chicago River was closed this morning after a body -- an apparent suicide -- was found lying face down on the street near Marina Towers.
The body was next to a crushed red four-door sedan parked along the curb. The car's windshield, roof and driver's side door were smashed.
Earlier reports indicated the body was of a woman, but a police official at the scene said it was a man in his 50s who apparently jumped from the 28th floor.
Police had gotten a 911 call about a despondent man at Marina Towers before the body was found, the official said.
The State Street bridge was closed to traffic while the body was removed. Several police officers stood on the northern end of the bridge speaking with Department of Transportation workers, who gestured at the Marina Towers building."
