Allen Stanford: Wanted Billionaire Tracked Down In Virginia, Say Reports
| World News | Sky News: "The agency delivered legal papers on the alleged fraudster after tracing him to Fredericksburg, Virginia.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) claims the Texas-born tycoon was involved in a massive investment scam.
The allegations relate to an $8bn (£5.6bn) certificate of deposit scheme and a separate $1.2bn (£853m) investment vehicle.
FBI spokesman Richard Kolko said: 'The agents served Mr Stanford with court orders related to the SEC civil filing against the Stanford Financial Group.'" continued
Accused Financier Under Federal Drug Investigation:

According to officials, checks found inside the plane were believed to be connected to the Gulf cartel, reputed to be Mexico's most violent gang.
