Let The Gun Grab Begin? Not If We Can Help It

This came in an email Thursday and is also being featured on the Blog of Don Wade and Roma who are the popular morning team on WLS am radio here in Chicago and the message is that while the majority of the country is preoccupied trying to stop the New New Deal Stimulus Raid on the treasury (which is the same old big government shi* from the democrats, just on a different day) there's another constitutional grab going on and that is House Bill HR45, a new effort to squash the second amendment through back door channels that must be stopped.

More crap like this and Americans on the left might begin to understand why Rush Limbaugh and millions of others out here including myself will do all we can to make sure Obama's policies fail. We must or America will be gone in the bat of an eye. We're already half way there today.

You can follow the sequence as it already happened in Canada and the UK . First the government needs to register the guns so they will know where to find them. We need to STOP this legislation DEAD in its tracks.

Are you ready for the House Bill titled 'HR 45, Blair Holt Licensing and Record Act of 2009'. It will make it illegal to own a firearm unless it is registered with the database in Washington D.C. As a gun owner you will have to be finger printed, you will be required to provide your DL#, SS#, you must maintain a valid address at all times, submit to mental and physical health records being put on file, you will also be required to file any address changes and any ownership changes even if a private sale. Each update will cost $25 and if you fail to comply you will lose your right to own firearms. This bill and its language mirror almost completely one defeated l ast year in the House of Representatives by soon to be Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. Will we the citizenry be as lucky this time?
