Terror Strikes In Pakistan? WAPO Says The Wars Over? WTF Who's Lying Here?

Well the CIA took some action today on the Pakistan side of the war against terror and took out 15 or so Turban Twisters, yet on the very same day the Washington Compost reports that Sultan Hussein Obama ended the War On Terror with a single pen stroke?

I suppose no one sent them the memo that the Obama war on terror is nothing more than the Bush war on terror's pig with different lipstick. Obama will have little "Wipe Out Bush" ceremonies like the one that gave the editors at the compost an Obamagasm when in fact all they're doing is taking Bush's policies and changing around a few words for the liberals and slapping Obama's name on it.

Voila, Bush's successful War On Terror painted as a failure by the left for years is simply repainted with Obama's name and all of a sudden the very same policies are now a wonderful success.

Gee that was easy now wasn't it? Obama's very adept at taking the hard work and legacies of others and co opting them into his agenda and claims of successes, while his failures which are many find the liberal memory hole so Obama's clean slate doesn't get all dirtied up with facts and reality. For instance while elected to the Illinois senate he spent only 100 days at work then abdicating to run for president, the longest campaign in US history at Illinois voter's expense.

Yet somehow his name ended up on legislation being crafted in Washington while he was not even there right through the campaign! Others' work, Obama claims as his own while running for president, quite simple. Other senators do the work and he took some of the credit with their blessings to be paid back at a later date to pad his senate resume which was basically blank.
The left bought that one hook line and sinker as well.

U.S. Missile Attacks Kill 15 in al-Qaeda Strongholds (Update1)

Bloomberg.com: Asia: "Jan. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Two missile strikes involving U.S. Predator drones killed at least 15 people in al-Qaeda strongholds in Pakistan’s tribal regions yesterday.

The attacks are the first known offensives against suspected terrorists in the region since President Barack Obama took office on Jan. 20.

Eight people were killed when missiles from an unmanned surveillance plane struck a militant compound near the town of Mir Ali in North Waziristan, and hours later another drone fired two rockets into a house in the town of Wana in South Waziristan, killing seven more, AFP said.

The strikes come amid increasing reports of Predator attacks in the region in the past six months that have resulted in the deaths of some senior al-Qaeda officials.

Earlier this month, a missile fired by a CIA-operated drone in northern Pakistan killed Usama al-Kini, a Kenyan national who was al-Qaeda’s chief of operations in Pakistan, and his lieutenant, Sheikh Ahmed Salim Swedan, the Washington Post reported, citing unidentified U.S. counterterrorism officials.

A Predator missile strike in December 2005 killed Abu Hamza Rabia, an Egyptian militant whom Pakistani and U.S. officials described as the operational commander of al-Qaeda fighters."
But wait a minute here, the Compost says Bush's war on terror has ended! You mean Obama just steps into the white house for three hours and the apparatus that's in place that successfully kills terrorists wherever they are found is now Obama's and a budding success? That is how stupid they think we are, and certainly how stupid they know their readers are who bought this phoney "Bush era is done crapola" Obama slipped into the crappy address he gave Tuesday.

It's Bush's work that killed those terrorists today, not Obama's, who's face by the way has been on more propaganda on tv networks in the past two days than Bush's face on commercials which is simply code for propaganda was in 8 years.
Bush's 'War' On Terror Comes to a Sudden End -

washingtoncompost.com: "President Obama yesterday eliminated the most controversial tools employed by his predecessor against terrorism suspects. With the stroke of his pen, he effectively declared an end to the 'war on terror,' as President George W. Bush had defined it, signaling to the world that the reach of the U.S. government in battling its enemies will not be limitless.

While Obama says he has no plans to diminish counterterrorism operations abroad, the notion that a president can circumvent long-standing U.S. laws simply by declaring war was halted by executive order in the Oval Office."» LAUNCH PHOTO GALLERY
