Seven in 10 Obama Voters Optimistic About Obama

That's what the headline of this ridiculous poll should say as I can guarantee you anybody who didn't vote for Barack Obama, about 45 million of us aren't all peachy keen and singing "Kum Ba Rak" because of a few appointments he makes who are just regular liberals instead of the Obama type radical libs. If one wants to truly gauge the ideological aspect of his pending administration, check out the other 5,000 executive branch appointments they make who don't get the media attention and there will lie the true colors of this group, which will likely be Marxist Red beneath the Hillary and Gates selections.

That is of coarse if Barack's old friends Rod Blagoyevich and Tony Rezco don't start seething jealousy and decide to down Obama since he has essentially claimed he owes them squat diddly for where he's sitting today. Me thinks they might think a little differently about that from inside prison walls where both are headed if they don't deliver something sweet to prosecutors.

Seven in 10 Americans optimistic about Obama: poll:

Brietbart: "About 70 percent of Americans are optimistic about President-elect Barack Obama's overall policies and believe he will be successful as president, according to a new ABC News-Washington Post opinion poll.

The survey released late Saturday indicated that more than two-thirds of those polled thought Obama would be able to make significant improvements to the health-care system.

About the same share of respondents expected him to implement policies to reduce global warming. And 64 percent said Obama will be able to end US involvement in Iraq.

More than half, 55 percent, think he is off to a good start dealing with the troubled US economy, the poll found.

Overall, 76 percent approve of the way he is handling the transition period. Even 59 percent of Republican respondents gave him a positive assessment, the survey indicated.

The poll of 1,003 adults conducted December 11-14 had a margin of error of plus or minus three percentage points."
