Detroit Lions Go Bankrupt Too, Request Government Bailout

First the Auto Industry in Detroit, the former Mayor, a friend of Obama, Kwame Kilpatrick and now the Detroit Lions who set an NFL futility record this season need more than a bailout to set this poor city straight. In this day of terrorism I don't want to make any jokes about imploding the city, but if we could safely relocate it's citizens that might not be such a bad idea at this moment in time.

How demoralizing it must be to be living in the once grand and mighty Motor City for fans, citizens, workers, the whole sad nine yards.....look what democrats and unions have done to that town, it's a damn shame. As for the NFL team, who in their right mind would want to play there next season if they didn't have to?

Even the mascot couldn't take the shame of this past season. :(

The Lions will try to avoid the dubious distinction of finishing 0-16 at Green Bay, where they haven't won since 1991.
