Powell Tries To Cleanse His War Damaged Image By Endorsing Obama

This highly decorated soldier and generally fine man's word sadly takes a hit as he now joins the Obama socialist movement in order to try and erase his pivotal role in the US going to war in Iraq.

In my opinion abandoning his party now just like he did his president in the second term , particularly after he among ,many others turned out to be highly mistaken in his and their assessments of the Iraq, Saddam situation after 9-11 which still needed to be done at some point and thankfully was.

When the war became unpopular he began to waver and waffle on his stance and began to try and separate himself fromt he decisions trying to lay the blame at the doorstep of president Bush like the loud and angry liberal voices began as sinking deeper and deeper into the apoplectic abyss.

A man who himself pushed very hard for the war at the time and now has become a rewriter of history of sorts, hoping to score a role in an Obama White house with a cabinet position as a joint chief perhaps so he can again try and send his previous position as a Bush Secretary of State down the memory hole to remove his name from the mischaracterized failures of the Iraq war scenario, made worse of coarse by the over the top liberal discourse from within the country fueling the rsistance and Al Queda the entire length of the process.

He without question is an honorable and highly decorated military man who I among countless others have been impressed with over the coarse of his entire career, particularly in my eyes for standing up as an African American republican to the tireless uncle tom attacks from the left and African Americans as well who is now selling out to be one of the boys back in the fold as the liberal's new man of the moment, their momentary favorite Republican, while citing a bunch of baloney reasons for doing so in his mini press conference held just minutes ago that I will add as the video gets on the net.

Colin Powell endorses Barack Obama for president:
"WASHINGTON (AP) - Former Secretary of State Colin Powell has endorsed Democrat Barack Obama for president, describing the Illinois senator as a 'transformational figure.'
Powell says both Obama and Republican John McCain are qualified to be commander in chief. But, in an interview Sunday on NBC's 'Meet the Press,' he said Obama is better suited to handle the nation's economic problems as well as help improve it's standing in the world.

Powell expressed disappointment in the negative tone of McCain's campaign, as well as in his choice of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin as the Republican vice presidential nominee. Powell says he does not believe Palin is ready to take over as president, if necessary."
McCain knew this little backstab was coming apparently he told Chris Wallace on his show Sunday
