It's time now for them to somehow pay the piper for their reckless accusations, that being Time Magazine, it's story writers and John Murtha right at the front of the firing line. Its a shame that the voters of Pennsylvania had a great chance to send that fat **** walking in 2006 but got suckered into his promises and lies of pork, and now are equal to blame seeing that he's still in office even after the record began to show he was incorrect in his accusations almost immediately.
He at the very least should now face impeachment or recall for his reckless and baseless charges that I along with 4 other other great bloggers extensively documented through most of 2006 and they still through today on our blog called Murtha Must Go.
We sadly weren't successful in preventing his re-election, but now hopefully he can and should finally be brought to account for this tragedy he caused and pay some heavy price for the damage he did to the proud Marine corp and those Completely Innocent Marines he slandered back in 2006 and still refuses to acknowledge today.
The Opinion Journal has a great piece from yesterday regarding this ongoing travesty.

What Happened at Haditha
The massacre that wasn't, and its political exploitation.
OpinionJournal - REVIEW & OUTLOOK: "The incident at Haditha--or the massacre, as it is often called--is due for a wholesale rethinking. The allegations are that in 2005 U.S. Marines went on a killing spree and deliberately executed 24 Iraqi civilians. The casualties have drawn an extraordinary amount of political attention, becoming an emblem for everything critics say is wrong with the Iraq war--in the common telling, another My Lai.
Thus Congressman Jack Murtha, a decorated combat veteran, made accusations of war crimes and said the Marines had killed 'in cold blood.' These are serious charges; and military justice continues to deal with them seriously, though thankfully at a slower pace than politics. Now the prosecutions have mostly unraveled. It seems Haditha, though tragic, was exploited politically, and the allegations were exaggerated, if not unfounded." please read the entire editorial
