Hopefully this proposal gets somewhere and results in some type of action penalizing these groups assisting illegals in their journeys across the country undetected once they cross the borders and try to enter the workforce. After all there is legislation in place providing penalties for this.
With the DimDems in control that's not a given hearings will occur, as no one in the country wants that illegal alien vote more than the Democrats, that much we do know about their empty BDS driven hate Bush and the military agenda.
Take away the job possibilities here and they will head back home in droves. At least the ones that don't use their Mexican connections to make a living here dealing illegal drugs like cocaine and marijuana, which many choose to do anyway while they're here. Yet another fine tax free income generator and job that most Americans won't do that we don't here anyone from our government talk too much about .
Close the borders and those "jobs" dry up too and help Americans get off of illegal drug use simultaneously.
Tancredo Calls for Hearings on Groups Aiding Illegal Aliens
Congressman Tom Tancredo :: Press Release ::: "( WASHINGTON, D.C. ) – Representative Tom Tancredo (R-Littleton) today sent a letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers (D-Mich.), asking him to hold oversight hearings to examine the increasing problem of private groups working openly to help illegal aliens escape prosecution. According to recent news reports, many groups (such as the ‘ Alliance to Develop Power’) routinely advise illegal aliens on how best to thwart immigration enforcement efforts."
“Groups like this one are openly defying the law, and that is unacceptable” Tancredo said. “The administration is failing to enforce the law, and Congress needs to take action.”
That they are, that's why I now refer to the president who I twice voted for and supported whole heartedly until the past summer Shamnesty Fiasco. I do still support the war effort entirely but on his stance with illegals I couldn't disagree more.
Tancredo cited Title 8, U.S. Code, Section 1324, which makes it illegal for any person to “encourage or induce an alien to…reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such…residence is or will be in violation of law.” Violations of the law are punishable by fines and prison time.
