Looks like the heat in the kitchen got to the president of Columbia after all as he scathed and blistered the Iranian troll before his scheduled remarks which I watched and actually found quite amusing.
The presidents remarks amusing, not Ahmadinejads..
I will however give him this, it was the strongest face to face rebuke the dictator has ever received I'm willing to bet, at least from anyone who lived to talk about it afterwards (lol but probably true)
Amusing in that they would invite this known terroristic troublemaker and then not retract the invitation despite all the protest of such, and then turn around and act as if he was somehow was thrown and forced unto their laps unwanted, as opposed to being invited as he was.
Quite a turn of events for the troll, which he acknowledged on the stage after Bollingers contrived tough guy speech that was indeed truly rude and puzzling given the open invitation. An obvious "Slick Hillary" like spin to play both sides of the fence which didn't work for me and millions of others I'm sure....., sorry.
Do Bollinger's remarks then let him and the university off the hook for extending the invitation in the first place and then granting the appearance after all the discourse leading up to it?
Not in my eyes. And as I just said, Bollinger simply played the well worn liberal "both sides of the fence" routine, and in my opinion actually caused me to have brief sympathy for the murderous dictator for actually having to sit there and take that crap from the very two faced people that invited him there. This was double crossing, dirty pool in my opinion on the Columbia president's behalf, making him look even lower than the Dictator on the stage and to the world.
That university should still be held accountable for the invite despite the scathing self serving remarks, if anything to to prevent it from happening next year or again, just as presidential hopeful congressman Duncan Hunter proposed even prior to the event in a letter to Bollinger over the weekend. .
Here's the actual speech:

This is why you don't invite people of this low and untrustworthy caliber to world class universities to speak, because they speak with a forked tongue and we have enough of that already from the politicians that we're stuck with, we don't need foreign dictators giving us the same crock of bull do we? No we don't.
Hot Air has a lot of the whole Ahma Dip A Wad speech over here:
As to why the dictator claims there are no homosexuals in Iran, this might have something to do with that claim, 5000 have been executed according to many reports on the internet since 2005.
Here's 2 that were charged with raping a young teen and hanged, which cause international uproar many seem to have forgotten, especially the numbnuts at Columbia in both the faculty and the ignorant students that applauded this murderer yesterday at his ridiculous speech forum provided by them.
Obvious their 100,000 dollar plus educations haven't taught them all one would think would be included in that price, along with some missing common sense.. Some links thatI can provide them for free that they paid alot of money not to be taught what most can learn with a 1oo dollar computer and a broadband internet connection:

Ahmadinejad Speaks During Controversial Appearance at Columbia University
FOXNews.com - : "Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Monday questioned why Iran can't have a nuclear program when the United States does and repeated his inference that the Holocaust is a myth in animated remarks before students and faculty at Columbia University. 'How come you have that right and we don’t have it?' he challenged, referring to the development of nuclear weapons capabilities.
On the issue of the Holocaust, Ahmadinejad said more 'research' was needed on what took place, but he seemed to acknowledge that it did exist because he repeatedly said 'it happened in Europe.'"

During his third visit to New York in three years, Ahmadinejad asked why the United States was allowed to develop nuclear weapons capabilities, but his country was not.Gee I wonder why? Not. skip ahead"How come you have that right and we don’t have it?" he challenged.
And the Iranian leader denied that homosexuality exists in his country when asked to explain the execution of homosexuals in Iran. That's because as we know he's executed them all!!!.... and yet they swoon and melt over this guy as I demonstrated in the post yesterday from Little Green Footballs down below.
"In Iran we don't have homosexuals like in your country," he said, to laughter and boos from the audience. 'In Iran we do not have this phenomenon. I don't know who's told you that we have this." continued here
