(A) take the dog gone turban off or let it be scanned is all they ask,
(B) find another mode of transportation than flying, or better yet my preferred choice...
(C) go back to the Middle East, India or wherever it is you came from and keep the thing on 24 /7/365 for all we care.
But the last time we checked this is still America, and our laws are what matter here, not your religious beliefs. And for American Sikhs to complain about this is even more incredulous , as they know the story here and why this is necessary.
If they cannot selfishly understand the reasoning behind this simple request then they need to get just the hell outta here period..... end of story,.... do not pass go, and certainly no easy lawsuit dollars waiting for you and your lawyer at the end of the rainbow. . OK?
(The pic below is no one involved with the story, just a Sikh with a rather large Turban, who's website can be viewed here. Should he have to take his turban off? I think so.)

Below is an excerpt from a Sihk Coalition troublemaking website encouraging them to file reports, sign petitions and do whatever they can to not comply with the new regulations as if the country revolves around four of these guys being asked to have their turban checked.
US Sikhs rue turban pat downs:
NDTV.com: "In the immediate aftermath of September 11, Sikhs were the first targets of American hate-often mistaken and taunted for being ''Osama Bin Ladens'' because of their turbans. Now, six years on, just as Sikhs were barely recovering from the fear they felt then, a new move by the US Transport Security Agency or TSA could potentially threaten their civil liberties once again.
The turban will now be under the scanner at airports across America. A new policy on airport search procedures has authorised what it calls turban pat downs. The TSA put the turban on its list of items (which includes cowboy hats and straw hats) that can be frisked because they may conceal chemical weapons."
Sounds pretty reasonable to me, a Turban pat down, but not to the selfish Turban Heads.
And here's more from the Sikh US Website again encouraging it's readers and members not to comply with these directives but to cause trouble and rabblerouse instead while making sure to document their experiences for use in future Lawsuits and for other troublemaking reasons. They sure are being "Great Americans" aren't they........NOT. The whole website is dedicated to filing complaints here and there, report this group or that group, send us your hate incident, we're suing this group, and on and on it goes, go look for yourself..
It's now high time for the good old United States melting pot to be thoroughly emptied as it's turned into simple incompatible Ghoulash. Nothing more than twenty thousand little groups of foreigners all wanting to be foreigners in America but not Americans!!!
We must return to the days of taking the oath, learning the English, learning the customs and leaving the homeland behind, or head on back home for this is AMERICA, not little Mexico, or Little India or Little Saudi Arabia but AMERICA..
TSA Releases Statement on New Airport Screening Procedures
Sihk coalition Website (Washington, DC) August 22, 2007 – The Transportation Security Administration (“TSA”) released a statement on new airport screening procedures that authorize Sikh turban pat downs. TSA officials also told the Sikh Coalition today in Washington D.C. that it specifically included the turban as an example of a type of headwear that could potentially hide non-metallic threat items in a Guidance issued to 43,000 TSA screeners nationwide. The TSA did not provide the Sikh Coalition with a copy of the new screening procedure or the published Guidance on how to implement it.
