Dateline Chicago / News You can Use parody: Today, "Death To Your Mama Records" suspended it's top money making artist "Snoop Dogg" aka (Calvin Braudus) for two weeks after it was discovered that his claims referring to his back in the hood days have been grossly exaggerated. Today he and hisparolePR director revealed he has only been charged with attempted murder twice, not the four times as he claims in his newest hit mp3/single "Yo Momma's a Ho and I Oughta Know."
On top of that it has been revealed he once referred to two of his former Caucasian dancers in his show as crackers.
Company spokesman ThreePac Shrapnel-Kur confirmed that Snoop will be limited to only domestic marijuana purchases during this "time out" period, furthermore there will be no reefer smoking in the studio and to cap it off all royalties from his smash hit download will be donated to his world renowned Harlem Womens Shelter "B&^%$# With Nowhere to Go".
Snoop has also agreed to appear on Jerry Falwell's radio and tv shows within the next few days to explain why he dislikes white folks so much and what he plans to do in the future the next time he refers to his women as Ho's and what words he could possibly use instead to convey his message without hurting the feelings of so many white people out there, particularly white women. ...................
I hope that the story above is recognized as parody, although the only real joke is that this scenario wouldn't occur in a million years with our media but as we know when you reverse the roles and players and that song and dance plays day in and day out more often than OJ claiming his innocence.
There is no doubt that what the guy an his sidekicks said on the air was uncalled for and pretty ugly, especially considering the targets were a girls college basketball team. In all seriousness the only people involved in this made for BET TV soap opera that deserve an apology of any kind would be the women of the Rutgers basketball team and only them. They have obviously done anything and everything they can in their young lives and then some to escape the very stereotype that Imus and friends carelessly lumped them into last week and certainly deserve the apologies that Don Imus is offering.
They are in fact model modern American women and then some for being both intelligent and astute enough to have earned themselves through athletics and an education a hopeful ticket to the American dream. They do not deserve to be characterized as these guys carelessly did that morning plain and simple.
But, to then be used by Jesse and Al to position themselves where they are most comfortable, in front of the pack as the self designated Racism Majorettes only does a disservice to the offended women, the African American female population and society as a whole. Let Imus grovel in front of only the ladies in question and that's it, why must all roads lead through Rev Al and Jesse?
So to the women who were the recipients of the slurs I feel badly for them being so maligned publicly or even privately in such a way .
But as far as the others go I say get the hell off the gravy train and coattails of these women who deserve the attention, not Al and Jesse. .
I'm listening to the man as I type right now and liberal or no liberal, he's apologized enough to everyone necessary with the exception of the Rutgers BB team in person, and after that occurs the white man flogging is over as far as I'm concerned.
