It now appears that Time Warner has apologized and agreed to pay the expenses incurred from this goofball stunt. Unfortunately these two idiots are most likely now off the hook as they were just stooges hired by the marketing company to deliver these stupid bomb type advertisements that now have definitely served their purpose and the damages have been taken care of by Time Warner (below)
One problem is that this idiot to the left is still on the loose and Boston Radio personality and columnist Howie Car has more about his background in the op-ed below.

Dude, like, send Borat packing - BostonHerald.com: "What exactly does a noncitizen have to do to get deported around here?
I guess Peter “Borat” Berdovsky, native of Belarus, won’t answer that because it’s not a hair question. And the Russky Rastaman is now officially a victim - a victim of Chernobyl, as his lawyer/foster father put it in court yesterday, before they went out outside to discuss his hair, which he doesn’t appear to have washed since leaving his native Third World hellhole. "
The subcontractor on the moronic Turner Broadcasting terror stunt arrived here as an exchange student, then sought asylum as a political refugee - stop me if you’ve heard this one before.
Borat is a refugee all right - from a “Beavis and Butthead” episode. He’s the full slacker package: Mass. College of Art, a goatee, dreadlocks - a self-described performance artist with his own crappy avant-garde rock band. read more
Turner CEO Apologizes for Boston ScareI know I wasn't the only one, but I had no personal info about these liberal-f*&^s when I posted their YouTube jokester news conference yesterday but it looks as though my assessment of them after watching their disgraceful performance on tv was pretty precise, they fit that slacker liberal art college student personality disorder perfectly.
BOSTON -- Turner Broadcasting System apologized to Boston-area residents on Friday for a security scare that had bomb squads checking out electronic signs that were part of a nationwide marketing campaign for its subsidiary Cartoon Network. more
However, it does seem that the devices that these numbskull students who were paid $300 each as sub-contractors planted around the city were also placed in 9 other cities but didn't cause the uproar that occurred in Boston. They have now found about 20 of these devices here in Chicago and there was apparently no problem with any of them, but alot of that may be due to the advanced warning the Chicago police got at the expense of the Boston's PD.
'Aqua Teen' appeared in nine cities, only Boston panicked
Count me as one of the people that says in a post 9-11 world fake bombs and other things like this should be anticipated by artists and marketing companies in advance that they may cause distress and if not and should they create the havoc that this one did they should be held responsible PERIOD, right down to the last dime. They apparently have lots of money to throw away so throw they'll be throwing some Boston's way to the tune of about $800 grand will do.
Another person who should be fired is the head of the sheriffs department in King County Washington as this is how he characterized this incident from Seattle in the article linked to above:
King County sheriff's Sgt. John Urquhart said. "However, people don't need to be concerned about this. These are cartoon characters giving the finger."
As someone pointed out on Free Republic, many soldiers die almost every day from harmless looking devices and it's just a matter of time before they start turning up around this country.
