Red State or Blue State, as it just does not usually get past the editor's desks of many papers nowadays in the name of PC and liberal disdain for the second amendment. In fact, we don't have to look any further than the renegade white boy hating & supposed black cause championing prosecuter down in North Carolina Mike Nifong (yes I know he's white too, so what?) using 3 innocent college students as his personal race card donkey into a new term he won during the last election.
This was acheived by falsely prosecuting them for as we all now know as a fictitous rape. He's now a prosecuter who is facing some charges of his own and hopefully more to come.
Meanwhile the NC accuser has now made it even more difficult for truthful rape accusations to be taken seriously, so when ambulance rape chasing women like Gloria Allred get on TV and cry that the accuser is never believed, this NC woman (who has her own wikipedia page) and women like her are part of that reason sadly, as she certainly isn't the first woman to concoct false rape allegations for financial or personal gain nor revenge .
Do not forget what Tawana Brawley, another famous false accuser did many years ago, concoting a rather tall tale and then then was trotted around the country and paraded in front of the obliging media at the time by none other than Rev. Al Sharpton only to be uncovered as a fraud.

Blankinship grabbed a gun and confronted the intruders Tuesday morning when authorities say he found them loading his belongings into a vehicle at a home in the 300 block of East River Road, near North Stone Avenue.
When Pima County Sheriff's Department deputies arrived, one man was shot dead and another was wounded.
The man who was killed was identified Wednesday as Steven Church, 34, of the 3400 block of West Courtney Crossing Lane. The wounded man was identified as Frank Scheck, 43, of the 6000 block of North Camino Pimeria Alta.
