Maybe the press could spend more time feeling sorry for the still growing list of terrorists 9-11 victims (Cancer Hits 283 Rescuers of 9/11) as they do worrying about the non-existent constitutional rights of those people.

It's such a shame that these enemy combatants taken from a war zone as prisoners, fighting against the Geneva conventions by participating in a war under no flag of a nation against the United States in Afghanistan are being treated so badly at Club Gitmo. Boo Friggin' Hoo "Achmed and Associates".

Maybe now the next time however many of these folks decides to take up holy jihad against the U.S. by blowing up a building or two, hijacking jetliners and turning them into weapons of mass destruction or formulating more terror attacks (5125 and counting since 9-11) against innocent civilians they'll think twice or thrice.

My Way News - U.S.: 3 Gitmo Inmates Hanged Themselves: "SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) - Three Guantanamo Bay detainees hanged themselves with nooses made of sheets and clothes, the commander of the detention center said, bringing further condemnation of the isolated camp where hundreds of men have been held for years without charge.

Military officials said the suicides were coordinated acts of protests, but human rights activists and defense attorneys said the deaths signalled the desperation of many of the 460 detainees held on suspicion of links to al-Qaida and the Taliban. Only 10 have been charged with crimes and there has been growing international pressure on the U.S. to close the prison.

Two men from Saudi Arabia and one from Yemen were found dead shortly after midnight Saturday in separate cells, said the Miami-based U.S. Southern Command, which has jurisdiction over the prison. Attempts were made to revive them, but they failed.

'They hung themselves with fabricated nooses made out of clothes and bed sheets,' Navy Rear Adm. Harry Harris told reporters in a conference call from the U.S. base in southeastern Cuba."
