I have been following,(not on this blog but in the background), this alleged Durham North Carolina rape case because I among millions of others smelled a
Tawana Brawley and
renegade up for re-election prosecutor from the very start. One would have to conclude that the omissions from the case detailed below should cause this case to be thrown out for good with extreme prejudice.
