Obama Still Dithering As 8 More U.S. soldiers killed in AfghanistanToday, October Deadliest Month EVER

Now that strategies which were supposedly being discussed which consisted of either increasing troop levels by another 45,000 men and women, or just 15,000, were leaked to the press,  the insurgent cave and hut dwelling Talibanner's in Afghanistan are ratcheting up their attacks to cause some "made for tv chaos" just like happened in Iraq over and over

If only Barack Obama payed attention (back then during the campaign in Iraq as he was crying that the "Surge", which he was dead set against, would never work),  to what was going on there instead of traveling coast to coast lying his a** off at anyone and everyone that would listen during the election season he wouldn't have to stall now, as he's probably JUST NOW studying and cramming up on the Afghan War subject since he's the one and only person who's got to sign his name to it now, unlike all those empty promises he's used to making without ever having to deliver squat diddly in return.

It's a lot easier running a war when (A) your a backbench Senator who's running for president with no executive experience who has nothing to lose, and (B) you can travel around the campaign trail for 2 years  blaming George Bush for everything. A man who by the way looks like George Washington crossing the Delaware compared to Obama as the Commander in Chief. And I'm sure the military would agree.

Those days are long over starting now and that's why he can't make up his mind, he's never made a decision this big before with these fighting men and women's lives possibly hanging in the balance as president of the United States..obviously only 43 other people ever have, and he certainly doesn't warrant being mentioned in the same breath with those few and proud who have earned the right to make those decisions with some authority yet, if ever the way he's going.

I don't know about you, but I still can hear him saying "Afghanistan is the war of necessity and Iraq a War of choice".... So he's certainly had an awful long time to be thinking about this, but instead has been playing golf more than any president in recent history if ever as we said yesterday in a post of it's own, in addition to wearing out Air Force One for any little reason they can come up with to take her for a spin....like Broadway shows and birthday parties, you remember those I'm sure.

I mean seriously, how difficult of a decision is it to simply ratchet it up a notch or two and turn our killer, kick ass, take no prisoners Military loose on these pain in the ass people for once, instead of demanding they fight with ridiculous rules of engagement, and have em mop that place up in a couple months once and for all?

Every major military power in the world has been gobbled up and defeated in that mountainous hellhole, and it's time to change that tune forever.   That's where all this crap with Bin Laden actually started in the first place 20 some years ago, arming him and his animals against Russia I hate to admit.

This is Drudge's page at 8 pm cst 10/27, exactly when this post I wrote earlier was posted here on the net.

If only the damn politicians would get the hell out of the way, and let these brave men and women do what they do best in the world, that being "Kicking the enemy's tails from here to kingdom come  when their hands aren't tied behind their backs, and  they'd all be home by next summer.

All of them. They outnumber the Taliban there 12 soldiers to one from lord's sake.

Turn em loose. The enemy smells blood because they can also smell the weakness emanating from the White House and Washington in general...time to put a stop to that thinking, but the chance of that is slim and none with this yellow bellied group assembled in DC right now, not one single Hawk to speak of in the whole group, not a one..

And the terrorists there know it if I do..
CNN.com: "Kabul, Afghanistan (CNN) -- The U.S. military suffered another day of heavy losses in Afghanistan on Tuesday as roadside bombs killed eight soldiers, two military officials told CNN.

An Afghan civilian working with NATO troops also was killed in the attacks in southern Afghanistan, the military said. The officials said that, according to initial reports, one blast took place just outside Kandahar and the other was in neighboring Zabul province."  more

Troops Die in The "Good War" While Obama Dithers

He and his liberal supporters called the Afghan war that for almost a decade now, so now they're driving the bus, and over the cliff it goes, just as we had warned before the pacifist Obama was elected.

This was a great op ed by war hero and colonel Oliver North in regards to Obama's jerking off as he tries to placate the far left as soldiers are being whacked and attacked while making a troop surge decision.,  so that's now 51 dead and 8 over the weekend (2 were Afghan soldiers) since  General McChrystal requested more men and women to complete the job there that is...

...which brings us to the fact that we know he was against the Iraqi surge, so why not this one too,  one  that's badly needed in Afghan-land since most of our pisspoor so called "allies" can't seem to help us too much with  as far as fighting soldiers goes... besides Britain, Canada, and a scant few others..

I myself wrote about this over the weekend by the way in this post....

FOXNews.com: "At the conclusion of the 1939 movie, 'Gone With the Wind,' Vivian Leigh, playing Scarlett O'Hara, defers decision on what to do about the major crisis in her life with the phrase, 'After all, tomorrow is another day.' Unfortunately, the Obama White House seems to have adopted Scarlett's decision-making process for the war in Afghanistan. Note to the O-Team: Kabul isn't Tara and Americans are dying while the commander in chief dithers."

On Wednesday, September 30, a full month after General Stanley McChrystal submitted his "assessment" of the situation in Afghanistan, President Obama convened a three-hour meeting of his "national security team" in the White House Situation Room to "discuss next moves." According to information subsequently provided by the White House press office, General McChrystal "participated in the meeting" via an encrypted video link and no decisions were made.

Less than 24 hours later, the commander in chief boarded Air Force One and headed, not to meet with his commander on the field of battle, but to Copenhagen, Denmark, to meet with the International Olympic Committee. His mission: Convince the IOC to select Chicago as the site for the 2016 summer games. Apparently, winning Olympic gold for Chicago is more important than winning a war.

That's not just my opinion, that's the sense of many who have put their lives on the line in Afghanistan. On Wednesday, as the "Sit Room" meeting was ongoing, I was with a grievously wounded Navy SEAL at the National Regional Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. His concern was not for his own life-threatening injuries, but on his mates, carrying on the fight without him. continued
