Romney Assaulted on Flight Leaving Olympics | Can You Say "What Security?"

FOXNews.com : "Mitt Romney, the former Republican governor of Massachusetts, was physically assaulted Monday by a fellow passenger on a flight from Vancouver, Canada, to Los Angeles.

Romney, a 2008 presidential candidate, asked a passenger who was seated and reclining in front of his wife, Ann, to move his seat upright during take off.

'The passenger became physically violent. Governor Romney did not retaliate, but instead let the airline crew respond to the incident.' Said Romney Spokesman Eric Fehrnstrom.

Romney was not injured, but those familiar with the incident tell Fox News, 'there was physical contact with Governor Romney.' Ann Romney was not touched in the incident.

The plane returned to the gate and the passenger was arrested by the police.

The Romneys have been in Vancouver since Friday for the Olympic Games.

Mitt Romney was the former president and CEO of the 2002 Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, Utah, and the Romneys were guests of honor at these games.

There is speculation that Romney, who ran unsuccessfully for the Republican presidential nomination in 2008, is preparing for another bid in 2012."

It's almost as if the Obama people let the Mad Muslims and regular run of the mill nutjobs  through security untouched, and cause the rest of us grief whenever they can however they can. But this Romney incident  is sadly why most folks of any political or celebrity status whatsoever opt to fly private jets and who can blame them, really?

If perhaps they could manage a commercial flight without all the crap associated with it today considered, they wouldn't need to. But after one encounter like this and particularly the PC caused lines at every airport in the world today, I'd fly privately too if given the opportunity.

We on the conservative side complain about the government using planes to jet around people like Nancy Pelosi  (who does happen to be third in line to the presidency as amazing as that is to believe) but incidents like this prove why they must.

It's just when they spend 100 g's on drinks and food then sending us the bill like Queen Pelosi (who's a millionaire did last year,  is what angers most of us, I'm sure or the cabal that went to "DopenhagenFest" on our 20 million dimes

Plane crashes in Des Plaines River Blocks From My Home

This is literally right down the street from my house here in Buffalo Grove IL and the third time in memory a plane has crashed on approach here at Executive Airport which is a small airfield that accepts lear Jets and smaller. It used to be called Palwaukee Airport from it's inception decades ago 'til the recent name change.

Wasn't much left of it sadly as it apparently broke up in midair and finally settled in a little section of the Des Plaines river a couple miles down the road.  :(

Plane crashes in Des Plaines River near Wheeling 

Chicago Breaking News: "A plane has crashed in a forest preserve south of the Chicago Executive Airport in Wheeling, airport spokeswoman Laura Witlox said.

Video of the scene shows the plane broken up in the river near Euclid Avenue.

The Learjet was making an approach to a runway at the airport about 1:30 p.m. when it went down about a quarter-mile north of Euclid Avenue, according to Tony Molinaro of the Federal Aviation Administration.

The plane was on final approach to runway 34, had been cleared for normal approach and was making a normal approach when it went down in the Des Plaines River about a mile south of the airport, according to a recorded message from the FAA.

The FAA said that the plane's tail number is N720RA and that a pilot and copilot were on the plane. Their conditions are unknown. The agency was unsure if there were any more people on the plane.

The agency did not know the plane's departure airport.

Witlox said it was a Royal Air cargo jet."

And once they get their countrymen to stop killing and blowing shit up all over the world they can get back in the regular lines with the people of the world who behave most of the time and don't practice a religion that requires wearing explosives and killing all non believers.

Already Muslims around the world are bitching as you saw in the video, and I to they I say a big loud "STFU" as we've had enough of this shit from your world, and we're shutting it down Achmed.

We should be doing exactly what Israel does although we must admit it has to be done on a much larger scale which would probably make it cost prohibitive.

Another Nigerian Nimrod Causes Scare on Second Flight Into Detroit

What are the odds? Apparently getting better by the day for flights into Detroit containing Nigerians..Perhaps a couple second look's their way would be more appropriate than subjecting law abiding Americans to suffering from the acts from the obvious.

Turns out the guy was sick, although my contention is that he was also preparing some sort of attack and just chickened out, I freaking guarantee it.
