Here's the child and his mother who gave an interview locally there in Texas and this is his side of the beating which I have absolutely no problem consuming. This isn't obviously the first time this has happened and we're seeing all kinds of things nowadays we always knew were happening but couldn't prove.
Those days are ending and that's bad news for anyone who abuses their authority anywhere in this day and age.

According to what I see and hear in these two videos, his testimony should be enough to sadly send that woman to prison, where I'm afraid she belongs at least for a year if she's never done this before.
If she has a record of this, she'd be certainly never teaching again, plus 10 years, 5 with good behavior.
That's my sentence for that crime against this defenseless little kid if I were "Judge Ray For a Day" on UPN , CBS, BET or WTF other channels have their own Judge Judy ripoff shows.
That bitch is lucky she didn't kill this child in the obvious mentally deranged rage she entered into. A "mom only" kind of rage as anyone can plainly see by watching the video. One that some scared to death child in that classroom taped while happening.
Most adults wouldn't even have had the presence of mind to do just that, what a world we've allowed to fester into. Man we have a lifetime worth of messes to clean up in the schools if this country is to survive another generation.
