A note that we've already given this country, Haiti, over 1 billion dollars over the past 5 years alone and the World Bank over ten times that.

And despite that this is what it looked like in the capital,  Port-au-Prince, before the earthquake by the way....

This is an interesting video to say the least, were Pat Robertson who has a tendency to make goofy statements at these kind of moments states that this island has been cursed since they made a "deal with the devil" to get from under the rule of France" a century or whatever ago...
