One thing this will work good as, will be as a self applied scarlet letter of sorts, so when or if they're ever released back into society which they way things are now in this country may come sooner than later, at least everyone will get a "heads up" and know they did some time in the local prison.

Nice to see rehabilitation on the upswing here as these prisoners tatoo the white's of their eyes for whatever nutty reason they think is good enough to damage one of your only two eyes God gave us to see with..
