Senator Max Baucus Drunk Or Intoxicated With Power on Senate Floor? Shouts Down Wicker

These people have lost all control and need immediate removal from office after the past year. This is from the day before Christmas eve and this man is either drunk or drunk with power as he rambles on and on in the well of the Senate. Disgraceful
