This is the kind of people found in the legislatures in Brazil, this particular one is almost as bad as any coming out of Chicago if not worse, that's for sure ..he'd make a great ACORN community organizer it sounds like from this article this morning from CNN.....
In fact, he keeps it up and he might make a great president of this country someday, at least a senator, a governor or even a mayor in Illinois at the least.....He was also once a state media man and drug dealer, so he'd fit in nicely with the Obama Ministry of Information or the Daley Administration without a doubt..

Wallace Souza was expelled from the state congress last week, stripping him of his legislative immunity from prosecution and opening the way for authorities to charge him with several crimes, the Amazonas State Legislative Assembly said on its Web site. The vote was 12-4, the assembly said.
Authorities in Amazonas state, in northwest Brazil, accuse him of drug trafficking, witness tampering, possession of illegal firearms and forming gangs.
Souza's arrest was ordered earlier this week but state police cannot find him and consider him a fugitive, said Cristiane Silveira, an Amazonas state police spokeswoman.
Police interviewed Souza's family members, who say they have not heard from him since the vote that stripped him of immunity, Silveira said. more
