I hate Sheppard Smith but this video from his newscast this afternoon had a good guest who brought up the very points I would in that if they misread something that's the entire basis of every unconstitutional move they've made thus far then their word on anything else moving forward is a leap of faith to say the least.

If he didn't mean to say what he said which is what he said today, then why did he say it twice in the same interview.
