Doesn't this scare anyone out there on the left, that this lifelong clown is all of a sudden up on Capitol Hill determining who our next Supreme Court Justice is going to be, given a lifetime appointment?

"Sonia Sotomayor repeatedly declined to give her view on abortion Wednesday, but expressed dismay that her former boss would say that he 'guarantees' she'll support abortion rights.
