Kentucky Fried Deadbeats Sue Over Botched Oprah Giveaway

From the "what's ruining America" files comes this an update on a story from a month ago we ranted about here, the somewhat botched giveaway for Oprah's tens of thousands of fat assed fans that's now turned into one of the most frivolous lawsuit of the year..

So frivolous in fact that the lawyers who are taking this case should be disbarred for FATXPLOITATION, by claiming the promotion was nothing more than a bait and switch, kind of like the same thing their likely choice for president pulled on them and the country at large in order to get elected last fall....... yet not a word from these people about that 'Screw Job" you can be sure.,

You know, the old "I said I'm a Hawaii born Christian, but I'm really a Kenyan born Muslim" bait and switch that Barack Hussein Obama has managed to get away with so far now going on 2 years.

So instead of these lawyers doing something constructive for the betterment of the country, like perhaps suing Obama to prove his eligibility for the office of president and that he and congress didn't circumvent the constitution to allow him to be seated in office despite having full knowledge of this deception.

No, instead they choose the "Where my Free chicken Sammich" suit from two sorry, yet unnamed fat f*&^s, who along with slew of other "Fat Food" junkies were denied a lousy free chicken sandwich and biscuit. All this mostly due to a simple printing error, a low estimate of how many fat American pigs would show up to claim these things, and an oversight that people would be twittering this and Facebooking that like mad dogs to all the welfare state, free food junkies this side of Mars.

Unhappy customers sue KFC over giveaway -

Food Inc.- msnbc.com: "NEW YORK - A couple of unhappy customers who missed out on free grilled chicken at KFC after Oprah promoted it are taking their beef to court.

Two California residents who were unable to use the online coupon sued KFC owner Yum Brands Inc. in state court in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

They claim the fast-food company's grilled chicken giveaway last month was a 'bait and switch' to get people to spend money at the chain."

For days after the 24-hour posting began, the company was swamped with customers craving the freebie. At some locations, lines snaked around the block and caused traffic jams.

The company has offered rain checks to those who could not redeem the coupons.
