I wasn't too long ago we had other crooked politico's touting their wonderful programs for Illinois, and had absolutely no trouble spending millions and millions on those damn gaudy road construction signs seen everywhere a shovel and dirt could be found, the latest Republican was this guy, George Ryan ...you've seen those in your states as well, and here if you've ever driven an inch on Illinois tollroads...
And of coarse everyone knows the latest disgrace in a long line of shamed democratic politicians going back nearly to the Abe Lincoln late 1800's is none other than this guy, Rod Blagojevich, who's awaiting indictments and likely years of legal maneuvering who left the state littered with signage sporting his name everywhere we turn...
And now with both of the above crooks looking at an amazing republican democrat back to back prison time
We have apparently the Skokie streets (not too far East of my neck of the Chicago suburbs made internationally famous by the Illinois Nazi's march on Skokie in the 1970's parodied well in The Blues Brothers) now being littered with Obama's Stimulus signage, that while missing his name have his implied image emblazoned all over them.
Obama's perpetual campaign comes to Skokie: "I believe just four percent of the $768 billion stimulus package, formally known as American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, has been spent. Well, I found what some of that stimulus money is going for--signs like these that I encountered Saturday morning on Skokie Boulevard in Skokie." more at the Illinois Review
