Five children and a supposed loving father who in his failures as a man decides his children would be better off dead than alive while he looks for a new job after losing his job has apparently killed all five and then himself according to these reports. And of coarse the speculation in the MSM du jour yesterday and today has been that these shootings are related to these week kneed so called Americans who go on these rampages from losing a freaking job..
I'm sure there's more to it than that that we'll hear int he coming days, yet I'm sorry but I have no compassion for these people and here's why. We all have our tragedies and crosses to bear, like for instance here's a story of a man I know who's basically been through hell and back and didn't choose the easy and even violent way out like these people have done/Names excludedI'll be as brief as possible but thoroughness is a bad habit of mine, sorry.
What would you do if after 16 years of school including college that merged into 26 year career in printing and publishing being hired and fired from 9 different jobs along the way all coming to an end unexpectedly due to the development of Multiple Sclerosis, resulting in nearly overnight paralysis in the persons left left leg later effecting both legs, essentially rendering them to being crippled thus preventing this man from continuing employment in the field of which this person worked all his adult life in some capacity in another.
At that moment this person then lost his fiancee of 2 years along with his $100,000 a year job and the family he was ready to start after careful planning and saving, resulting in the loss of his $350,000 family home which his grandparents built in the suburbs of Chicago in 1970, was forced to file bankruptcy and move into a much smaller townhome and live and much scaled down existence and certainly less extravagant lifestyle. Then to literally living off of his retirement at 40 instead of 60 as he planned for along with his substantial life savings which were essentially depleted in 3 years time, while rebuilding his life from the ground up essentially from a wheelchair.
Yet this man didn't go to his Dr's office, or the company which he worked until becoming ill that let him go for a total BS reason although illness was the true cause for his termination. Nor did he sue the company for wrongful dismissal even with a pretty solid case, mostly because he was a white male who would get laughed out of court for discrimination unless of coarse he all of a sudden became a female or happened to be black, or both.He also didn't head to the nearest Burger King or McDonald's even though they've fuc&*d up at least 100 plus simple orders of his over the years, nor the Social Security office trying to get disability he payed into for 25 blessed years faithfully and unquestioned for the most part. Nor did he go commit violence of any sort for that matter, even with a $5000 arsenal of weapons and ammunition available to use to start killing innocent people because he was unfairly stricken with this crippling and incurable disease who's medications would cost $2500 a month for the next 7 years to self inject every freaking day and while insured the co pays would range from $80 in 2002 to $350 a month in 2009 .
Why not go haywire and postal at the same time you're wondering perhaps?
Because this person we're speaking of is (A) a tough as nails old school, full grown man who takes full responsibility for his own life and all actions taken within and thereof, and (B) because he may be physically disabled in a way but sure isn't mentally ill, as anyone who would commit these random acts of selfish nuttiness we've described certainly MUST BE fu***d in the head without examination nor hesitation.
So I do hope by now if you read this far that you've guessed the person being described here is ME.... and I must say I'm damn proud that I took the hard and high road and I've been quite successful in rebuilding and re branding my shattered life and name. A wonderful life that hit rock bottom back in 2oo2 by no doings of my own under those nearly dire circumstances that many who suffered far less injustices go gonzo over, who would then completely surrender to evil and retribution on some deserved and some not individuals or institutions that he wrongfully believe screwed them in some way, shape or form. These things happen to everyone, it's how we all react which makes all the difference in the aftermath of tragedies
I'm no different than any other true to himself, proud and well raised American, so I basically would expect that any self respecting human being would do what I did, that being pull up the bootstraps and get back to work, staying off the pity pot along with those pain and mind numbing drugs and alcohol, as you need the sharpest mind at your disposal when fighting certain ruin financially and otherwise.
Thank God above that some stability and mild success has once again found its way back into my life, however the road has been long, redundant and painful as I've now built an adult life twice when most get away with just once being enough, and luck neither bad or good had to do with the rise nor fall or rise again, it was hard work that restored my existence.

But these cowardly morons that we've seen cause death and destruction this weekend make me absolutely sick to my stomach and angrier than you can believe or want to know, as the country I love has become filled to the brim with these pathetic "woe is me, boo hoo let me be" ingrates.
Cowards who cop out at first chance and instead of diving off the nearest bridge like most Godless, unselfish failed souls would do , they instead choose to wreak havoc upon undeserved others as revenge on "the cruel world that wronged them and ONLY them"......... that is, in their warped perception of reality and the world. When in reality it was their own, pathetic failures and shortcomings that did them in, as they looked to the Nanny State to cure their ills when falling down instead of doing what I did, and that was to double down and bust my ass twice as hard to get back to where I was and now proudly am once again and hopefully to stay for a spell...

Now back to my Chicago Ray persona and this the latest piece of trash who decided to off his 5 children in their sad and cramped mobile home, as he obviously reached his wits end because of the loss of probably one of many jobs in likely a long string of personal failures, brought on no doubt by whom? Himself, as no one dropped these 5 little innocent and no doubt expensive little tikes on his trailer park doorstep now did they?
And my bet is that financial worries and distress are what pushed him over his ledge which once again is sad for whatever reason but not for him, these innocent children are the ones who will receive my sympathies and prayers, and as for the mother who seemingly triggered the whole implosion by leaving the home is probably a battleaxe in her own right too, but the father is the murderer, not her.
Police: 5 children, father die in murder-suicide
620WTMJ | AP News: "GRAHAM, Wash. (AP) -- A father apparently shot to death five of his children, ages 7 to 16, at their mobile home and then killed himself at a casino miles away, police said Saturday.
Ed Troyer, a spokesman for the Pierce County Sheriff, called it a domestic violence situation and a murder-suicide.
'We believe they all died of gunshot wounds,' Troyer said.
Auburn police found the father, dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in his car near the Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn, about 30 miles south of Seattle. Pierce County deputies checked the mobile home, which is about 20 miles southeast of the casino, and found four of the children dead in their beds and the fifth in the bathroom.
The mother of the victims was not at home, Troyer said.

The mother's aunt, Penny Flansburg, was at a loss to explain the crime.
"They were pleasant together," Flansburg said. "We can't even figure out why."
Flansburg identified the couple as Angela and James Harrison and the children as Maxine, Samantha, Heather, Jamie and James. The father worked as a diesel mechanic, and the mother works at Wal-Mart, Flansburg said.
Ryan Peden, a classmate of the eldest daughter, said she told him Friday night that her parents had gotten into a fight and her mother had left. The father followed the mother and tried to get her to return, said Peden, 16.
Neighbors in the Deer Run mobile home park, a neat, well-kept community nestled among towering evergreens, were shocked and weeping at the news.
"How could something like this happen?" asked Mary Ripplinger, whose kids were playmates of the slain children. "Everyone's asking: Why did he do it? It's not right."
Pierce County Sheriff Paul Pastor described the crime as a "horrible thing."
"This was not a tragedy. It was a rotten murder," Pastor said. "This appears to be the terrible work of the biological father. If that doesn't break your heart, I don't know what does."
Another neighbor, Dale Lund, told The Seattle Times the 7-year-old boy who was killed played at times with his grandson and the boys shared the same school bus stop and attended the same elementary school together.
He said the dead boy played in his own yard most of the time.
"They pretty much kept to themselves over there," Lund said.
Dozens of investigators were on the scene trying to reconstruct the crime and discover a motive. continued
