It saddens me too as it must him having to accept the loss to this clown and a half, but the time has now come 4 months later to finally move on.
I completely understand Coleman's disbelief and his offering the benefit of the doubt to his former constituents and their apparent lack of intellect, but it's pretty clear at this point that they did elect this Hollywood moron fair and square, and thus fully deserve the disgrace and dishonor he will undoubtedly bring the state as their representative sooner than later.
So then if they want him then let 'em all have 'em.
We give you Al Franken, Democratic U.S. Senator MN
This would make a nice official portrait of
the Senator being his normal everyday self, no?
the Senator being his normal everyday self, no?
Coleman already has stated he will appeal to the MN Supreme court as one last Hail Mary but I'm betting this thing is now over and it's a hard pill to swallow losing anything to this guy no doubt but that's just the way it goes Norm...
Minn. court declares Franken leading vote-getter:
My Way News -"ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - A Minnesota court confirmed Monday that Democrat Al Franken won the most votes in his 2008 Senate race against Republican Norm Coleman, who had already announced plans to appeal the decision.
Coleman has 10 days to appeal to the state Supreme Court. Once the petition is filed, it could further delay the seating of Minnesota's second senator for weeks.
After a statewide recount and seven-week trial, Franken stands 312 votes ahead. He gained more votes from the election challenge than Coleman, the candidate who brought the legal action."
I am just confused about all of the votes that were not counted at all.. Just imagine listening to this idiot for the next six years..
ReplyDeleteI can't imagine it either but it looks like it's gonna be the deal there. God help us and the poor people who didnt vote for the moron....
