Larry Summers Does a Great Job Of Listening While Sleeping On The Job?

Apparently Obama's mountaintop oratory can put even his dedicated sycophants to sleep as this picture and another which is out there but I can't locate indicates at the "Economic Summit" where Obama lied his a++ off like he does everywhere else he speaks.

The victim here was his own "Economic Council" (yea right) fell asleep a couple of times it seems as many reported his sleeping at the podium unless they meant on the stage where the podium resides, because this picture he sure isn't at the podium but appears to be sleeping. Fox & Friends had another shot that I can't find where he's in full sprawled out snooze....

Larry Summers Falls Asleep During Economic Summit -

Political Machine - Politics Blog, Opinion and Analysis - AOL News: "President Obama's fiscal sustainability summit at the White House Monday apparently wasn't all that stimulating.

The Financial Times is reporting that Larry Summers, head of Obama's National Economic Council, actually fell asleep at the podium. This is the same event where John McCain ranted about the cost of upgrading the presidential helicopter.

From FT:

"Although Lawrence Summers, head of the National Economic Council, fell asleep on the podium, most attendees, including Republicans, appear to have appreciated the exercise. There was even some light-heartedness."

Looks like Georgia Gov. Sunny Perdue also would have liked an espresso shot - or three. Let's hope this was just because the nation's best economic minds have been working hard, pulling all-nighters trying to figure out how the heck to get the economy out of the toilet, instead of being hungover after a tough night out wondering "why did I take this job again?!"
