Uninformed Liberals Clap Over Panetta, Creator of "Extraordinary Renditioning" Policy They Hate So Much

The good policy by the way that enabled us to snag ragheaded Khalid Sheik Muhammad, which oddly enough was created during the Clinton administration by Panetta, a story American media will shy away from as much as possible, although credit CNN with at least publishing the truth on this matter. Thanks should also go out to Media Matters (sarc on) for their 4 years of misinformation on this issue where they outwardly lied to their ignorant readers that this was not true when reported years ago by Bill O'Reilly and 60 minutes, as liberals simply dismiss the truth when it interferes with their often warped worldview. Here's the lie right here...

Had they reported it more often this would have resulted in less criticism of George Bush over the past 4 years, and we couldn't have that now could've we?

So therefore many liberals will never know this information about Obama's choice of Clinton hack Leon Panetta because they simply will want to believe it . This is nothing more than a cave in to the left that opens America up to immediate attack.

This guy rips the choice wide open on CNN, he gave another more scathing report to Bill O'Reilly minutes ago on his show tonight, you can see it again at 10 central in the talking points leading off the show.

if the video disappears which it keeps doing find it here, it's called
Ex-agent criticized Panetta*...

Did Leon Panetta know about 'extraordinary renditions' under Clinton?

Alex Spillius: "Liberals might be in for a nasty shock with Leon Panetta, the man Barack Obama wants to lead the CIA.

The selection of the former White House chief of staff to Bill Clinton has been welcomed by many Democrats for his denunciations of torture and all round management abilities.

But according to one former agent, Michael Scheuer, the extraordinary rendition programme that has so tainted the agency during the Bush administration actually began in the Clinton administration, when Panetta would, or should, have been fully aware of it.

Scheuer is a curious beast. An opponent of the Iraq War, he was the head of the CIA's get-bin-Laden unit from 1996 to 1999, and he should know what he is talking about. But he is very pro-rendition and was critical of the choice of Panetta on US networks today, mostly because he is an outsider. His claim that Clinton/Panetta started/knew about the outsourcing of torture was repeated by William Kristol and others.

Criticism of Panetta's selection has centred on his lack of spook experience, though that didn't help George Tenet deliver accurate intelligence on Saddam Hussein.

At what promises to be a lively confirmation hearing, senators might be well served to ask Panetta what he knew abo"
