Then add on top of that this European proposition to create an International All Seeing Global Warming Court to enforce the new round of Kyoto regulations that none of the countries consigned to it could meet but yet look to the Unites States to adhere to these very rules that will ruin our already ailing economy.
Why? Because the world can't function unless the U.S. protects the free nations from evil for practically free and foots the bills for just about anything and everything done in the world that's really worth a darn, that's why..and this has been proven by the failure of the Kyoto protocols without our forced participation thanks to Bush refusing to partake in the folly.
However those days could be coming to an end though with Hussein coming to office which is covered in the other Global Warming scam post today and the one here, as a bunch of lawyers attempt to assemble a kangaroo type "World Global Warming Court" that president Bush or any US president worth a darn should spit on when brought to their attention and desk to sign or even peruse.
The thought of subjecting this country and it's inhabitants to the mercy of a World Court of which we don't lead for any reason whatsoever should make all Americans take not and shudder. We don;t need the world to tell us how to lead, never did and never will, unless of coarse Obama and his minions and followers have their way and dream of making the U.S. part of some American EU extension that is.
Lawyers call for international court for the environment -
Telegraph: "Stephen Hockman QC is proposing a body similar to the International Court of Justice in The Hague to be the supreme legal authority on issues regarding the environment.
The first role of the new body would be to enforce international agreements on cutting greenhouse gas emissions set to be agreed next year.
But the court would also fine countries or companies that fail to protect endangered species or degrade the natural environment and enforce the 'right to a healthy environment'.
The innovative idea is being presented to an audience of politicians, scientists and public figures for the first time at a symposium at the British Library.
Mr Hockman, a deputy High Court judge, said that the threat of climate change means it is more important than ever for the law to protect the environment.
The UN Climate Change Conference in Poznan, Poland this month is set to begin negotiations that will lead to a new agreement to replace the Kyoto Protocol in Copenhagen next year. Developed countries are expected to commit to cutting emissions drastically, while developing countries agree to halt deforestation." continued
