This should really hurt the ratings of this show as I'm sure so many liberals were tuning in every night to see Alan Ahole Colmes put up his weak liberal apologist arguments night after night for 12 years.I'm sure he'll be such a loss to the station and the show anyways as Hannity has long been doing this new thing called Hannity's America that you could see Colmes nearly crying and cringing with envy every time he was forced to plug the show on the Hannity Colmes offering.
But he'll still be crawling around the Fox Studios like a std that won't go away still hosting his whopper 10pm to 1 am radio show that's about as trafficked as Air America.
Goodbye Alan and have fun on the Obama jock sniffing circuit.Is it me or does Colmes resemble Eslie the cow a little bit?
One Half of ‘Hannity & Colmes’ Is Leaving -
TV Decoder Blog - NYTimes.com: "“Hannity & Colmes” will soon be without “Colmes.”
Alan Colmes, the longtime liberal half of the Fox News Channel prime time program, will leave the show at the end of the year, the network announced Monday. His departure will represent a major change to Fox’s evening lineup.
Mr. Colmes will remain at the network as a commentator and will develop a possible weekend program. He will also continue to host his 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. radio show, “The Alan Colmes Show.”
“It’s been a great twelve years,” read the headline on Mr. Colmes’ Web site.
So what will happen to “Hannity & Colmes?” Sean Hannity, the popular conservative commentator, may become the sole host of the program, according to one source close to the network who insisted on anonymity while speaking about private deliberations. Mr. Hannity currently hosts a weekend program, “Hannity’s America,” that may be used as a template for the weekday program. A Fox News spokeswoman said that no decision had been made."
