along with Bruce "The Poos" Springsteen, John Cougar Mellonhead, Jackson "Running Below Empty" Brown and The Rest Of The left over lefties from the 70's babies .....
Notice the "peace sign" from the 70's on the sister on the right who I think is Nancy, typical hippy lib garb. This by the way is a much more recent or at least less doctored picture of the two (Yikes!!!) than the one from forty years ago or totally touched up TMZ used in their post below my commentary
So the rottweilers from Heart don't want the republicans to use their music any longer? Well then they I say they can take that worn out barracuda crap, since it's the only thing worth a sh** they ever made, and shove it right up their sagging as*es, and while they're at it kiss half the population's possible money goodbye in future sales, at least from this rock guitarist who fortunately never gave 'em a dime anyway.
However, I did sh-can the aging libs music mentioned above and do so with every single "artist" that follows this same edict of demanding "who can and cannot use and play their music". Screw em all I say, as there are just too many others out there including myself who do fine just playing our own music and, not to mention the thousands and thousands of artists who appreciate any and all fans instead of their worn out anthems of 3 decades ago they apparently only wrote for liberal consumption.
They'll all go broke waiting for their money out of any of that group's welfare checks, that's for darn sure..
Republicans Lack Heart! -
TMZ.com: "Ann and Nancy Wilson are pissed at the Republican Party and have fired off a cease and desist letter to the McCain/Palin campaign.
Specifically, the Heart women are upset that the GOP has used their classic 'Barracuda' as a theme song for Sarah Palin. TMZ obtained a statement from Heart's rep, who says 'The Republican campaign did not ask for permission to use the song, nor would they have been granted that permission.'
The statement goes on: 'We have asked the Republican campaign publicly not to use our music. We hope our wishes will be honored.'
We're told Ann was watching TV today and heard the song at the convention when Palin was touted.
UPDATE: Twenty minutes after we posted this story, the GOP ended the evening after McCain's speech with the song, 'Barracuda.'"
Good for them, and once again take that and shove it Ann and Nancy, ya' friggin whiney socialist wenches.
