Of coarse it's ok when their "boy" running for office has a miserable, pathetic record of avoiding the Vietnam war as Biden apparently did as well as millions of others, not to mention of coarse their exalted Slick Willie, the worst draft dodger in US government history.
For 8 years we've had to listen to the left bitch and moan about the service records of the members of the Bush administration, particularly Dick Cheney and George Bush who not only served but served honorably in the national Guard, yet the miserable ****'s on the left have done nothing but disparage this service, which exceeded John Kerry's pathetic showing in Vietnam in triple the length of time.
But apparently 5 deferments for Joe Biden is AOK because after those 5 deferments he finally recollected that he had asthma as a young child which one can find nowhere in his autobiography, nowhere.

A month after undergoing a physical exam in April 1968, Biden received a Selective Service classification of 1-Y, meaning he was available for service only in the event of national emergency.
'As a result of a physical exam on April 5, 1968, Joe Biden was classified 1-Y and disqualified from service because of asthma as a teenager,' said David Wade, a campaign spokesman." continued
