Barack Waxes Poetic On Bailouts, Or Is He Just Stoned Between Whistle Stops?

I find the gaffes Obama makes to be quite unusual as they are the complete opposite of what America has been led to believe is his strongest suit. How then can one explain someone so eloquent sound so pathetic so often and yet so unreported?

Try drug use and abuse on for size, as these so called gaffe's happen a lot more often than again is reported and if put together reveals a common pattern of possible inebriation. If not that he seems to show quite a few symptoms of someone who may have received some permanent damage from his years of so called innocent drug usage.
