About Time Someone Officially Pinned The "Paparazzi" For The Diana Tragedy

After all they seem to be the ones that caused the entire event to transpire, events that cost her and her Muslim buddy Dodi Al Fayed to lose their lives that evening and no one else, not even the driver as were it not for their incessant hounding of her they never would have stepped into that mess in the first place that evening.

Not the government, not the slimy Prince "Dumbo Ears" Charles but the totally out of control, blood sucking photographers there who were all dead set on getting photos of the Princess and Fayed out on the town like the well known million dollar shot below, forcing them to get in a car with an idiot behind the wheel at the last spur of a moment, a known drunk who was drinking minutes before the acident who chose to speed through a notoriously dangerous tunnel to avoid their intrusions, case closed end of story. Now possibly someone like the crazed paranoid Muhammad Al Fayed can sue the photographers, thus putting them out of business and making this cottage industry of the paparazzi an outlawed occupation. A now accepted profession that puts so many innocent lives in jeopardy all around the world just to get a couple photographs of this person or that person that needs to be reigned in before others die from the same type of event repeating itself as it surely will.

Coroner rules Diana unlawfully killed

- Yahoo! News: "LONDON - A coroner's jury ruled Monday that Princess Diana and boyfriend Dodi Fayed were unlawfully killed through the reckless actions of their driver and the paparazzi in 1997.

The jury had been told that a verdict of unlawful killing would mean that they believed the reckless behavior of the driver and paparazzi amounted to manslaughter. It was the most serious verdict available to them.

The couple died in Paris when their speeding car slammed into a concrete pillar while it was being chased by photographers in cars and on motorbikes. The jury added that the fact that Diana and Dodi were not wearing seatbelts was a contributing factor.

The coroner, Lord Justice Scott Baker, had instructed the jury that there was no evidence to support claims by Fayed's father, Mohamed Al Fayed, that the couple were victims of a murder plot directed by Prince Philip and carried out by British secret agents. The jury was not at liberty to disagree.

The six women and five men on the jury began deliberating April 2 after hearing six months of testimony from more than 240 witnesses. They also went to Paris to see the scene of the Aug. 31, 1997 crash." continued
