Monday, February 11, 2008Tragic Moment During NHL Game For Panther's Player
And thank the good lord above quick thinking and professional reaction to this freak accident prevented Richard Zednick from bleeding to death on the ice after being freakishly and entirely accidentally cut across his throat by his own teammate last night during an NHL game between the Buffalo Sabres and the Florida Panthers.
Strangely enough an almost identical incident occurred to a Buffalo Sabre goalie back in 1998, who also had his neck slashed accidentally during a game eerily enough, but thankfully both men were saved from death thanks to quick thinking and excellent medical care administered immediately..
