But of coarse the left will never rest in their ceaseless Bush hatred and I have to say I am really quite surprised that with such rabid misplaced hatred for him here and around the globe he has actually made it this far without a significant assassination attempt thank God above.
So here's the latest lefty study " supposedly proving that worn out " "president Bush lied and people died" lib mantra blanketed under some obscure nonpartisan bullsh** report hoping to keep America and the world mired in the past hoping this will have some residual effect on the upcoming elections also hoping to keep that dead on arrival war thing alive somehow to rub off on Republicans.
The democrats, that party of change that is still obsessed with the past and spreading of useless propaganda as if Americans somehow couldn't make up their own minds (well many of them can't and they reside on the left mostly) that somehow freeing 50 million Muslims from the grips of the Taliban and Saddam Hussein's tyranny, a murderous dictator responsible for the killing of millions of citizens and three wars just wasn't worth the effort and based on lies.
So still, we have their twisted pretzel logic of the universe, believing the world would be a better place if these events precipitated by George Bush's response to 9-11 did not take place.
Study: False Statements Preceded War:
My Way News - "WASHINGTON (AP) - A study by two nonprofit journalism organizations found that President Bush and top administration officials issued hundreds of false statements about the national security threat from Iraq in the two years following the 2001 terrorist attacks.
The study concluded that the statements 'were part of an orchestrated campaign that effectively galvanized public opinion and, in the process, led the nation to war under decidedly false pretenses.'
The study was posted Tuesday on the Web site of the Center for Public Integrity, which worked with the Fund for Independence in Journalism.
White House spokesman Scott Stanzel did not comment on the merits of the study Tuesday night but reiterated the administration's position that the world community viewed Iraq's leader, Saddam Hussein, as a threat.
'The actions taken in 2003 were based on the collective judgment of intelligence agencies around the world,' Stanzel said." continued
