As if students anywhere in this country need a hand down or a dumbing down of their protocol and studies, they particularly do not need this asinine advice handed down in poor underfunded and understaffed urban environments like Harlem New York or any city USA as I said.

Yet that's just what some imbecile in that school district has ordered teachers to provide to these students and that imbecile happens to be the HJIC there (head jerkoff in charge). This idiot should be immediately relieved from his duties and be re-educated himself as soon as possible before ever being re employed within the education field if ever again.

And of coarse this is a white man making this decision for black students so to Blame Whitey in this instance is entirely appropriate and the parents along with activists int he area won't hesitate you can rest assured.

That's the impression some got from their principal's memo.

And now City Hall has stepped in.

The weather was gloomy Thursday outside Central Park East High School, but the talk was about a controversial memo from the school's principal.

'I don't think he thinks we're dumb,' 12th grader Crystal Scarlett said. 'He just thinks we can do much better than we're doing.'

But not everyone agreed.

Last month, Principal Bennett Lieberman sent off a stern memo to teachers.

"If you are not passing more than 65 percent of your students in a class, then you are not designing your expectations to meet their abilities, and you are setting your students up for failure, which, in turn, limits your success as a professional."

Was he ordering teachers to dumb down their classes?

The memo continued:

"Most of our students come from the lowest third percentile in academic achievement, have difficult home lives, and struggle with life in general. They DO NOT have a similar upbringing nor a similar school experience to our experiences growing up."

Some students took offense. continued

I would too and so should every American as these poor kids will then be thrust out into the most competitive work environment known to mankind totally unprepared and most likely on the public dole for a period of their lives or even worse end up in jail or dead due to a life string of failures caused by this terrible decision not of their doing. This PC kiss ass attitude is what sets them up for failure, not harder studies someone needs to tell this do gooder liberal and soon.
