Newsmax also has a story about it posted below and Gateway Pundit has Reuters pictures like the one below of the citizens streaming back into Bagdhad along with good links to other blogs an stories. This after Al Queda in Iraq has now been thoroughly crushed by the success of the troop surge, the one that Dems and the media are doing their best to ignore as well for months. The surge to troop levels that should have been there in the first place sadly, success that is bringing on upcoming talks about the wrapping up of the war by the end of next summer.
That news really sucks for Democrats so they will try their best to label this war a failure no matter what happens which with further disconnect them from Americans who will finally have enough of their defeatist attitudes. Americans love winners and optimists not whining losers.
Investment in defeat as the Democrats are is not a good place to be, especially when one is betting against the US Military and Freedom as the Dems and Media have been for the entire 6 years...traitors and losers.
Iraq Withdrawal News Goes Unnoticed:
Newsmax.com - "Keeping in mind Robert Burns' advice that the best-laid schemes 'O mice an 'men Gang aft agley [often go astray], An'lea'e us nought but grief an' pain, For promis'd joy!' there is a glimmer of great good news about Iraq that might just portend a lasting solution to what has been an ongoing debacle. Good news, that is, for President Bush and the Republican Party but bad, bad news for that huge segment of the Democratic Party that in their pursuit to recapture the White House and maintain control of Congress lust after a crushing defeat for their country in the war in Iraq.
A blockbuster story in Tuesday's New York Sun revealed a startling development in the administration's planning that would result in an end to our occupation in Iraqi and a substantial withdrawal of most U.S. forces by the summer of 2008, thereby depriving the Democrats of the issue they hope will propel them to an overwhelming victory in the 2008 elections." continued
