Seems that's what they do best at these circus like rallies and protests, act like clowns, cause civil disturbances and then clash with police showing their complete disrespect for authority of any kind. A common thread with just about every peace march and protest that has taken place from 1964 until today.
This time 160 arrested, and from watching the news and some of the reports it could've been more but police were generous and probably not to keen on filling out excessive paperwork for these jokers who are hoping to be arrested for the camera shots and pictures for the blogs, future placards and websites .
So that's about 100 Iraq war vets and 5000 hippies and burnouts, big percentage the disgruntled vet cites there. These protest organizers find some of the small percentage of military malcontents and push 'em to the front of the line and give 'em a bullhorn or two so all the media shots contain men in fatigues and camo's.
Meanwhile the other 98 percent are socialists, retreaded hippies, unemployed & homeless folks with nothing to do this weekend but hang out in Washington for a day wasting police and public resources in the name of free speech and the war.
In the video below there's some shots of the new and sometimes used lazy protesters method referred to as the "die in" for those left wingers that partied too much before the rally or during it, to get some rest and pretend they care about the cause at the same time.

At Least 160 Arrested at Iraq Protest
My Way News : "WASHINGTON (AP) - Several thousand anti-war demonstrators marched through downtown Washington on Saturday, clashing with police at the foot of the Capitol steps where at least 160 protesters were arrested. The group marched from the White House to the Capitol to demand an end to the Iraq war. Their numbers stretched for blocks along Pennsylvania Avenue, and they held banners and signs and chanted,
'What do we want? Troops out. When do we want it? Now.' Army veteran Justin Cliburn, 25, of Lawton, Okla., was among a contingent of Iraq veterans in attendance. 'We're occupying a people who do not want us there,' Cliburn said of Iraq. 'We're here to show that it isn't just a bunch of old hippies from the 60s who are against this war.'" continued
