Although PsychoCho apparently was diagnosed at 8 years old as autistic, I refuse to excuse his behavior on that illness as most autistic are actually very gentle harmless individuals. Apparently the family was so poor they had not enough money to get this kid appropriate care which in this country we know can be an obstacle for many, even the privileged.Meanwhile as liberals fight for the rights of such people being relegated to supervised mental homes and hospitals they have as usual no plan what to do with these folks when they are released or left to their own devices into society with no resources to obtain the proper care and end up in the streets or worse like this guy.
In addition, when your own family elders are glad your dead you really must be a POS that didn't spend a whole lot of time on this earth doing anything worthwhile for yourself or others regardless of illness. That seems to have been the case with Psycho-Cho and now we need to urgently sniff out based on his new precedent profile the many others that are lurking amongst us with similar objectives in the works.

His sister Kim Yang-Sun, 85, who also saw it, told the Mirror that afterwards her brother was so distraught he had 'gone away for a few days to calm himself down and avoid more questions'."She too repeatedly referred to the killer as "son of a bitch" or "a***hole" and said his mother Kim Hyang-Yim had problems with him from infancy.
Yang-Sun revealed the eight-year-old was diagnosed as autistic soon after his family emigrated to the US.
She said: "He was very quiet and only followed his mother and father around and when others called his name he just answered yes or no but never showed any feelings or motions. more
