There's too much other stuff to tend to for most of us here in the midwest, not just Chicago. And there is plenty of other peoples misery to be found in the pages of the local papers and newscasts to go around without adding mine.
It is finally getting somewhat normal here at about 2 pm in the afternoon, but we here in Chicago are pretty used to this, and in the years past we have been pretty fortunate to not see many of these days, so who's complaining? (______) Damn Global Warming!!!
By the way, anyone seen Al Gore? I wish it were warmer here Al.
A Fed Ex cargo plane arriving at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport slipped into the mud Friday morning and crews were working to tow it away, leaving only one runway open. There were no injuries, said Wendy Abrams, a spokeswoman for the Chicago Department of Aviation.
